SPYROS I&T Consulting is seeking individuals with SIGINT backgrounds who have worked with analysts, engineering, or training teams, who can provide support to software development programs working on emerging analytical tools and capabilities.

The SIGINT Analyst will be responsible for: 

• Research and analyze SIGINT customer issues to determine the best solution.
• Provide solutions to users and mitigate strategies for future issues.
• Work with developer team to resolve issues and ensure systems functions properly and develop documentation, as needed, for users of specific applications.
• Update existing training modules.
• Create new training modules when new tools are introduced.
• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on your assigned tools.
• Be the Liaison between users and developers.
• Gather metrics on system efficiency and make recommendations to developers for enhancements to achieve greater efficiencies.
• Experienced with analytic technical tools, both GOTS and COTS, which may be applicable to mission accomplishment.

 Basic Qualifications:

• Nine (9) years as a SIGINT Intelligence Analyst and possess excellent knowledge and experience in DNI analysis and use of computer-based technologies that support associated trade crafts. 
• Develop documentation, as needed, for users of specific applications.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
• Candidates must have an ACTIVE/CURRENT TS/SCI Polygraph Clearance.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering materials to large groups to include ADET classes, user groups and/or brown bags.
• Experience with Heritage or AMOD SIGINT tools.
• Good interpersonal skills.
