Data Requirements Manager (DRM). The DRM will assist with the Data Management for all relevant intelligence and information, working closely with the Collection Requirements Coordinator (CRC). Much of the data is from multiple sources with various classifications, requiring careful tracking of source and access requirements based on security constraints. The DRM shall have a working knowledge of collections requirements management and will work closely with the CRC. The DRM may serve as a backup to CRC when mission demands require additional support.The DRM will develop and maintain a central database (DB) for real-time tracking for all requests and responses across all of the Lines of Effort (LOEs) supporting the program(s). This DB must be compliant with current DoD and IC guidelines for security and access management. The manager should be responsible for maintaining DB access control for all users per the PM and LOE leads, and will work closely with the Program Security Officers (PSO). The DRM shall provide on-site customer service; data/information management support; oral communication for presentations when needed; self-development resources; written communication; documentation for the DBs and management; teaming with PSOs, collections managers; and time self-management. The DRM should be familiar with common IC and DoD databases, tools and other data workflow systems. Examples of IC DBs include HAVEN and FADE as the designated temporary data repositories for the intelligence and information related to the supported efforts.
Duties:
- The DRM will work with program development teams to help develop and maintain centralized databases (DB) for real-time tracking of all requests and responses across all of the LOEs supporting the program(s). The DRM should be responsible for maintaining DB access control to all users per LOE leads.
- The DRM shall provide customer service; data/information management; oral communication; self-development resources; written communication; documentation; teaming; and time management for the programs.
- The DRM must be familiar with common IC databases, tools and other data workflow systems such as HAVEN, Intelink, Confluence, and particularly FADE as the designated temporary data repository for the efforts.
- The DRM will work with the architecture development team on the transition and maintenance of data from HAVEN and FADE into the new architecture.
- The DRM shall also have a working knowledge of intelligence collection requirements management and should serve as a backup to CRC.
Requirements:
- Current TS w/SCI access preferred, SCI-eligible will be considered based on experience and skillset
- Current CI or FS polygraph preferred, Out-of-scope (more than 5 years will be considered based on experiences and skillsets
- 10+ years experience in database management or data management strategy development.
- Recent work within the intelligence community preferred with data management and requirements management experience
- Familiarity with current DoD Directives and Instructions for Data Management and Data Security.
- Must have working familiarity with current Intelligence Community and/or USCYBERCOM/NSA data management requirements and procedures. Familiarity/Experience with DIA, NRO procedures a plus
- Current or previous experience working within IJSTO or Special Access Programs (SAP) preferred but not required
- Strong writing skills required with experience in preparing assessments and info papers for Senior Leaders
- Some travel to CONUS locations expected
