Systems Integrator II / IT Systems Integrator

We are seeking a Systems Integrator - and IT engineer with a broad range of skills and a breadth of knowledge rather than a depth of knowledge in multiple IT and cyber security related areas - to support the Capability Development Group in USCYBERCOM. These skills are likely to include software, systems and enterprise architecture, software and hardware engineering, interface protocols, and general problem-solving skills. At USCYBERCOM, it is likely that the problems to be solved have not been solved before except in the broadest sense. You will be expected to "pull it all together" on new and challenging problems with inputs from a broad range of engineers and cyber professionals.

The System Integrator:

- Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components

- Coordinates with team members to ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction

- Makes recommendations on test and evaluation strategies for major systems installations

Requirements

- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a System Integrator

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline

- Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level I Certification (CAP, GSLC, Security+)

- This position requires the ability to pass an additional layer of security review

ACTIVE TS/SCI + POLY REQUIRED

Experience can be substituted with the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree = One year of experience
- Master’s Degree = Two years of experience
- Ph.D. = Three years of experience
