Description

Duties:

  • Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, conducts work simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Includes program analysts and management consultants.
  • Monitors and reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters and makes recommendations. 
  • Develops plans and orders. 
  • Provides input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans and operations.
  • Develops and integrates cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, operation, and crisis action planning. 
  • Provides input for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to OCO, DCO, and the securing, operating, and defending of the DODIN. 
  • Provides input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and be prepared to modify development planning efforts. 
  • Contributes to the development of exercise scenarios and exercise operational plans.
  • Conducts research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR). 
  • Participates in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), and Operational Planning Groups/Teams (OPG/OPTs).
  • Collaborates throughout the organization to ensure knowledge of and the timely and appropriate responses to internal tasks and requests for information.
  • Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures and manages communication with all leads.
  • Plans, monitors, and coordinates response schedules and actions to achieve positive end results.
  • Utilizes an internal Task Management System to manage actions.
  • Reviews and determines all appropriate requirements required for task completion.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance to all Quality Assurance procedures and evaluate all task comments and responses.
  • Administers all phases of task responses, including final coordination with Leadership for concurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Possess current Counterintelligence Polygraph and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects
  • 3+ years of DoD/Military Staff experience
